I’ve been M.I.A again…..
You may be thinking it’s because I haven’t been working towards my goals and being a slacker.
Well, that’s not it at all!!
I’ve been doing it!
I’ve been tracking, biking, and working out. Eating well, 30 day shredding, and shedding some weight.
Ya, I’ve been rocking it out. And I’m quite pleased with myself. The last two weeks I’ve accomplished things I haven’t been able to do. My body is much stronger than I really thought. I love it!
Last week I biked 6 miles when I’ve only done no more than 4 in the past. And another day last week I did level 2 of Jillian’s 30 Day Shred which I’ve never even attempted before.
Go me!
My weight loss hasn’t been very much the last two weeks. In fact it hasn’t even been a pound. But, I’m not letting that get me down. I’m REALLY happy with the choices I’ve been making. And I can tell I’m losing inches. My waist that had disappeared is starting to make its return!
Things are going awesome here!
