Weight Watchers: Simple Start

I’ve gotten a few questions about the addition of Simple Start to Weight Watchers, so I decided to let you guys know what I think about it and how it works!

What do you guys think? Love Simple Start? Or are you sticking to your PointsPlus?

    I love SF and have done it before with great success. I do have a question though, the last time I did it you could only have your bread/grain/rice once a day minus a cereal for breakfast. Is that still the case? Like if I choose to have brown rice with lunch then I cannot have a potato for dinner?

      Hi Becky,

      As far as I know that rule no longer applies. I have never heard it before now. So I say eat all the carbs! Okay, not all, but you know what I mean. ;)

      I personally try to keep them in check by only having one or two a day because I know I can get carb crazy if I’m not careful.
