5 Weight Watchers Smoothie Recipes

There’s no denying how much I love the Weight Watchers smoothie mixes! They’re super convenient, make for a quick and easy meal, and can keep you full! You can also get most of you Good Health Guidelines into one smoothie! Woot! I love messing around in the kitchen and trying out different combinations to get some rather tasty smoothies.

All of my smoothies are made with the Weight Watchers smoothie mixes, but they can simply be switched out with a scoop of protein powder of the same flavor. Same goes for the milk, I use almond milk, but you can use whatever milk you prefer, or 1/2 milk 1/2 water. I always add spinach too, I promise that you will not taste it! But do whatever tickles your taste buds!

I also make these to fit into a larger Blender Bottle which is about 26 ounces. This is because the smoothie is usually a meal for me. You of course can adjust the recipe to make them smaller or share them with a loved one. Although you can ask Mr. B, I’m not the sharing type when it comes to my smoothies! 😉

One more thing, I am not including the PointsPlus values of these recipes because they will vary depending on the ingredients you use!

Since you probably now want to be a smoothie making pro with these new recipes, let me share a few tips!

– Add your milk first
– Make your mix one of the last things you add before blending
– I sometimes blend up all the other ingredients before adding ice, just to make sure it all blends well
– I ALWAYS add my daily 2 teaspoons of olive oil to my smoothies

I hope that these recipes and tips inspire you to get creative with your smoothies in the kitchen!

AAAAHHHHHH I can’t wait to make all the smoothies!

  • YUM! Definitely going to try these. 🙂

  • Shelley Hart

These look so good! I can’t wait to try the pumpkin pie!

  • suzanne

Are the smoothie packets simply filling?

  • Melissa (@TheDailyMel)

Ok, there are definitely a couple here that I need to try! I’ve been making a similar pumpkin pie smoothie for years, but I’ve never added the spinach in it. I need to try that! Here’s one I got at my WW meeting last week:

    Hazelnut Latte “Frappuccino”

1 packet WW Sweet Hazelnut Latte smoothie mix
1 tbsp instant coffee granules (or to taste)
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    Ice

Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.

    • I’m not a coffee fan, but Mr. B would probably be all over that one! He is HORRIBLE about eating breakfast, so I’m trying to get him on the smoothie train. Lol.

  • Biz

Duh, I’ve never thought of blending my smoothies BEFORE adding the ice – great idea! Every once in a while I’ll add almonds to my smoothies and get chunks of almond at the end. Love all your smoothies! I think I’ll make one tomorrow. 😀

  • Erin Brown

I love smoothies, I consider them my guilty treat. So I have to ask, why do you add the spinach in them? Is it for the extra nutrients?

    • I add it because it helps get in a veggie serving and it helps keep me fuller longer.

  • I think blending before the ice really helps make it more smooth. But, that could just be something I tell myself. Lol.

And the almonds at the end sound delish! Blue Diamond just sent me some toasted coconut almonds, I may have to add them to a smoothie! Yum!

  • Susan @ {not so}Suddenly Susan

I think I will be trying the banana one for sure. I need to start calculating it so I can plan Monday accordingly 🙂 I too use almond milk, and I actually prefer it over 1% milk with the smoothie mix.

    • The banana bread one is my absolute favorite!

I also take those cooked bananas and put them on top of french toast or even mixed in oatmeal. So tasty!

  • Rosie Burzinski Breneman

The group leader gave me a vanilla packet to try, but forgot to give me instructions. How much milk do I add? I was going to add frozen mango to try that. I have skim milk to use in it.
