I am now 2/3 of the way through my Turbo Fire challenge! I’m still going pretty strong! I missed 3 workouts the last 30 days due to just not feeling it, but other than that, I rocked them out!
There haven’t been many HIIT workouts the past 30 days and WAY too many of the 55 Fire workouts. For some reason getting up for those 55 Fire ones was tough! It just seemed daunting at 5:15 in the morning. Which is silly considering a majority of the workouts are an hour long. Fire 45 is still my favorite! It has the most fun moves and music! 🙂 I even added weighted gloves the last couple of weeks, which I plan on using for the next 30 days as well for the Fire videos. I feel they really amp up my workouts.
The next 30 days, HIIT returns! These are TOUGH, but I love them because they seem to go quickly! And the sculpting and toning seem to show up more. I’m excited to see what the next 30 days bring!
But before we get that far, let’s talk about the changes that happened since the beginning! Well, actually let’s talk about the fact that my measurements were WAY off 30 days ago. I reported that I lost around 12 inches off my body, including 5 off of my hips.
Ummmm….ya, those we’re either figured out using the beginning measurements from a previous challenge. Or I gained almost 10 inches this month. I really don’t know what happened, it is frustrating and I feel bad. Frustrating because I didn’t do as well as I originally thought and I feel bad because I gave false information to you guys. 🙁
Oh well, as Mr. B said to me when I told him all this “Do you feel good? Then that’s all that matters!”
And I DO feel good! I noticed that my tummy is getting tighter and that makes me pretty giddy! I plan on incorporating more core work when this challenge is over. I think I may even do Jillian Michaels’ 6 Week Abs DVD. But, I’m getting ahead of myself!
