Can you believe that is has already be 30 days since I began my Turbo Fire Challenge? I am now 1/3 way into the program and can I just say that I am ABSOLUTELY loving it! It is seriously one of the most fun workouts I have ever done! And quite honestly most of the time it doesn’t even feel like a workout, which is a great thing at times! I only missed 2 days of the 30 due to illness, which is pretty awesome considering I’m working out 6 days a week!
I did have a hard time at first catching onto the moves because it did move fast, but there is a breakdown of all the moves on each of the cardio videos, which is great. Really though once you get down the basic moves, they all are the same throughout all of the Fire workouts. I have had a few people contact me about getting down the moves and if it was hard. My thoughts are do what you can in the beginning, just keep moving. There are still some times where I’m kicking left and they’re kicking back, but I figure as long as I’m moving, I’m doing well. I have definetly gotten most of the stuff down now though. Just give it a shot!
