WIAW Week 3

Brooke: Not On A Diet: WIAW Week 3

Welcome to week 3 of my eats! This past week we’ve been staying at Mr. B’s grandparents’ house and are here just a few more days. It thankfully hasn’t been as tough as I thought it would be. They have a recumbent bike, which I have been totally using to my advantage! I’m still trying to figure out a way to sneak it to our house. ;)

I’m pretty boring with my breakfast this past week! Lol. I blame it on the fact that I don’t have access to ALL my options like I do at my own home. I also ate out on Saturday, which I’m super happy with my choices. I only had one beer and only at half my tortilla chips! Oh and I didn’t order and super greasy burger! So, go me!

I used all my weekly pointsplus allowance and even some of my activity pointsplus. It will be interesting to see what the scale says. I have no idea what it will even be like because I have also been without my scale all week, which is okay with me. I think sometimes I become a bit obsessed with the scale!

I also tried a couple of new foods this week! The rutabaga was delicious and easy to make, except the cutting part! Lol. Apparently you can mash it like a potato too. Maybe I will try that next time! And the moro (blood) orange was pretty good too. It’s like a grapefruit, only less tart.

Oh, I also got my Yonanas maker! I plan on doing a review on it soon. So far, I’m loving it! :)

Here’s to another week! We’re going to a delicious dinner on Saturday for Mr. B’s birthday, we’ll see how ‘bad’ I do. Lol. I may just splurge on a juicy steak! Yum!

How were your eats this week?

  • Linda L Roberts

    Hi Brooke,

Your success is truly inspiring! I have also lost approximately 80 lbs through WW, but unfortunately without the help of meetings or through on-line. Would you please tell me what WPPA means?

Much continued success, and I look forward to following your journey!

    Fondly,
    Linda

Hey Brooke, I was wondering how your oatmeal only is 1 weight watcher point? Is there a kind out there that is only one point?! Thanks!
