I loved Round 2 of Bootcamp just as much as I loved Round 1! It’s 8 weeks of detailed workouts, a super awesome support group, and great money prizes all for $25!
Tina comes up with super challenging workouts with moves that I haven’t tried before. She pushes you and cheers you along. And she’s not the only one to do so, there’s also the great support of the Facebook group. The other participants are there if you are having trouble or if you hit a new PR of some sort. It’s great to have others doing it along with you.
This round of Best Body Bootcamp I lost 4.4lbs and 2 inches!
The biggest change is my arms! The top picture was taken awhile ago on the day I finished my 30 Day Shred challenge and the bottom picture is from the end of Round 2 of BBB.

Now since there is a 5 week gap between the end of Round 2 and the beginning of Round 3, I’ve come up with a challenge to keep myself going strong! This week I’m just doing some workouts off Pinterest and did level 2 of the 30 Day Shred yesterday. But starting next Monday I will be taking on another Jillian Michaels’ workout!
I will be taking on Jillian’s Ripped in 30! This video has 4 different workouts to last 4 weeks. Perfect for the 4 weeks between Bootcamps! If you remember, I had AWESOME results from her 30 Day Shred, so I’m excited to see what this will bring!
