Is is already time for a Workout Wednesday post? I swear they sneak up on me!
Last week I posted my new nightly routine, I’ve slacked a little bit this past week on doing it. But am working towards trying my best to get it in this week! Have any of you given it a try?
This week I’m going to share with you a cardio workout I put together! I have given some thought about my slow weight loss and think it has to do with me not doing enough cardio! So, this past week I have really tried to incorporate it more along with my Best Body Bootcamp workouts. I did this workout I shared along with a 6 mile bike ride with Mr. B on Sunday.
I weigh-in later today and I’m crossing my fingers and toes that I hit that pesky 145lbs lost! But if I don’t, I won’t forget that I AM A SUCCESS! Or that I bought at pair of size 10 jeans this past weekend! WOOT WOOT!
Okay…on to the workout I created! I did this yesterday morning and broke quite the sweat! It will definitely be one I do on a regular basis!
Don’t forget your warm-up before and your cool down after! I am horrible at doing either and tend to pay for it! Two circuits of this take a little over 20 minutes and Three takes a bit over a half hour. Long enough to get a good sweat!
I want to know what type of workout you want to see on Workout Wednesday or if you’d like to see a review of a workout video? I’m looking for some feedback and ideas!
Also, What is your favorite cardio move and your LEAST favorite cardio move?
Favorite has to be speed skaters. Least favorite mountain climbers…ugh I HATE those!
