On this week’s Workout Wednesday I’m going to talk about my new bedtime routine! The last week or so I have been doing some yoga and awesome stretching before hitting the sack. Some of the moves can even be done in bed (score!)!
I have found that this quick routine before bed really does help me sleep better and has helped me not be so sore after a morning Best Body Bootcamp workout. I found the routines on Fit Sugar and I’m going to share them with you!
The extended puppy and plow pose are by far my favorite! I love the stretch I get in my back!
The standing pigeon is absolutely AMAZING! It really stretches out my IT Band and I love it!
Just a note, I found these routines over on Fit Sugar, but have altered them into something of my own. These are the routines I have posted here. It is what works best for me, but you may look at the site and find a move that works for you. That’s the great thing about fitness, you can always do what works for you!
