Today’s post is going to be a simple one. Honestly I’m typing this up quickly on Tuesday night while trying to finish some cupcakes. (They’re topped with bacon…) So, I’m just going to post a workout I found awhile ago on Pinterest. I couldn’t tell you the original site where I got it from. So, if you know, please let me know so I can credit it accordingly!
This is one that I’ve done in the past when I didn’t feel like doing a video. It’s a great workout and will leave you sweaty!!
