Workout Wednesday: 8/15

Well, this week for Workout Wednesday, I decided to create a workout for you guys. One I made up with different moves that I’ve learned from Tina’s Bootcamp or from different workout videos I’ve done. They’re all moves that I’ve enjoyed or have made me work extra hard. Oh and they are all lower body exercises.

Now before I post this, please remember I am not a personal trainer and to consult your doctor before beginning any fitness routine. Also, remember to do a 5 minute warm-up and of course stretching afterwards. You don’t want to hurt yourself!

Here’s the workout I created:

* Split Squats (could use a chair, couch, or coffee table instead)
* Sumo Squats
* One-Legged Sit & Stands

To make these moves more challenging, use some dumbbells. If you’re not quite up to that yet, doing them without will still bring you results! I do these move (except the jumping jacks, high knees, etc) with 8lb dumbbells in hand now and looking to move up in weights very soon! I love the extra challenge.
