So there really isn’t a huge point to this post. Just want to share some different things with y’all. I was gonna do a ‘Workout Wednesday’ where I was going to share some moves from Best Body Bootcamp, but the laptop is being a pain and I’m typing this up on the iPad.
So random pictures and such is what you get! I’m sure you guys won’t complain!
This picture was taken after I completed a HIIT workout on my bike for Bootcamp. It was 60/60 splits, with 60 seconds of working hard and 60 seconds of normal pace, repeated 6 times. What I did on my bike was 60 seconds of my normal gear of 3 and on the next 60 seconds of gear 7 (which is the highest one). Talk about a tough workout, the first couple of rotations were easy, but got much tougher as I went along!
Do you do include HIIT workouts in your workout rotation? If so, what do you do?
These are my one of my newest snack obsessions! They’re Snack Wells caramel corn with a cinnamon creme drizzle. So delicious and only 3pps! I picked up the caramel cork with a white chocolate drizzle the other day, and it’s still pretty tasty!

I picked up this cookbook last night. It’s one of my dreams to open a cupcakery someday and this cookbook is chock full of potential cupcakes to sell! It will also help me reach my 28 by 28 goal of selling cupcakes at a farmer’s market!
