I ate healthy….
I gained 5lbs!!
Yes, I’m utterly frustrated about this. There isn’t really an explanation for the gain. But I’m going to brush it off and continue doing what I’ve been doing. I know that what I’m doing is right and I feel awesome about my decisions, so that’s all that matters.
I made a non weight loss ABA goal of giving up Diet Dr Pepper for the duration of the challenge. And I did will until this past weekend! I had two of them during my 12 hour shift at work. But, I haven’t had any since, so I’m back to being off the Pop. And I’m going to do it!
Oh and my other goal is to lose 5 inches off my body. I may be a little ambitious about this, but we’ll see how it goes.
