Weekly Weigh In: December Goal Edition!

After two Thanksgiving dinners and my sister’s 21st birthday party, I lost a pound! It’s probably because after too many drinks on Saturday I puked up everything I had ever eaten. I puked so much that I broke a blood vessel in my eye. Sexy, eh?

Lesson learned:

I’m NOT 21 anymore.

So Weight Watchers recently changed their program. It’s now called Points Plus. I am quite excited about the changes and cannot wait to see how the program works for me. I feel like nothing but good can come from this change. I may be reviewing if after I’m on it for a week, just to make sure I really do like it. But I’m pretty sure I will.

It’s December, where in the world did 2010 go?! It honestly feels like just yesterday it was May and I was watching my brother graduate high school. Now it’s cold, we got snow the other day, and my tree is up. Seriously this year has flown by! But I must say it has been on heck of an awesome year! One of the best year’s of my life if I do say so myself….and I DO! :)

Now remember my goal of hitting 199.9lbs before my one year blogiversary? Do we all remember how that didn’t happen? Ya…I remember. Lol. Well, I’m putting mission 199.9 in effect for the month of December. I’m refusing to start 2011 over 200lbs. I will be stuck in 2010 until it happens. Haha.

To make this happen, I’m setting some goals. I’ve told B-Fry my goals and he’s going to help hold me accountable. I HAVE to do this, there is NO other option. End of story.

Goals for the month:

- Get under 200lbs!
- Give up pop/soda/coke (whatever you fancy calling it)
- Have no more than 2 drinks when going out
- Earn 50 activity points
- Try something new in the food department
- Try a new workout

So, there we have them. I will be tracking my progress on here too. Like I said, I have to do this. And it is very possible. I only have about 6lbs to lose, so a little over 1 pound a week to melt off.
